Herb Dip (May Be Frozen) Recipe
- 3/4 c. cottage cheese
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 1/4 c. lowfat sour cream
- 2 tbsp. minced parsley
- 1 tbsp. minced chives
- 1 tbsp. grated onion
- 1 sm. garlic clove, crushed
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- Dash warm pepper sauce
- Assorted fresh vegetables
- In a small bowl combine all ingredients except vegetables.
- To serve immediately, spoon into serving bowl.
- Serve with assorted fresh vegetables or possibly chips.
- To Freeze: Place in freezer container and cover.
- Freeze up to 3 months.
- Thaw in refrigerator for 24 hrs before serving.
- Stir well before serving.
- Serve with fresh raw vegetables or possibly chips.
- Makes about 2 c..
