Mac & Cheese Bacon wrapped Hot Dogs

  1. Wrapped hot dogs with bacon and season with the BBQ rub.
  2. Cover and refrigerate 4 to 24 hours.
  3. Set up your grill for Indirect Heat.
  4. Place hot dogs on the grill over the drip pan.
  5. Cook at 350F for about 30 minutes, or until the bacon is crisp.
  6. Cook macaroni cheese according to box directions.
  7. When done at the extra shredded cheese and let it melt.
  8. (you may need to add a bit more milk to help make it creamy).
  9. Make nacho cheese sauce and keep warm until serving.
  10. Serve hot dog on a bun and top with nacho cheese sauce and macaroni & cheese.
