Mac & Cheese Bacon wrapped Hot Dogs
- 8 Hot dogs
- 8 slice Bacon (not thick cut)
- 8 Hot dog buns
- 2 tsp AP BBQ Rub (recipe attached below)
- 1 box Macaroni and cheese (8 ounces)
- 4 Shredded cheese
- 1 Nacho cheese sauce, recipe attached below.
- Wrapped hot dogs with bacon and season with the BBQ rub.
- Cover and refrigerate 4 to 24 hours.
- Set up your grill for Indirect Heat.
- Place hot dogs on the grill over the drip pan.
- Cook at 350F for about 30 minutes, or until the bacon is crisp.
- Cook macaroni cheese according to box directions.
- When done at the extra shredded cheese and let it melt.
- (you may need to add a bit more milk to help make it creamy).
- Make nacho cheese sauce and keep warm until serving.
- Serve hot dog on a bun and top with nacho cheese sauce and macaroni & cheese.
