Butter Pecan Cookies

  1. Ceam butter and pudding mix.
  2. Gradually beat in flour.
  3. FOld in pecans.
  4. Roll into 1 1/2" balls.
  5. Place 2" apart on greased baking sheets; flatten to 1/2" with greased glass.
  6. Bake at 375 degrees for 10-13 minutes or until light golden brown.
  7. Remove to wire racks.
