Mexican Dish
- 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 onion
- 1 bell pepper
- 2 tsp. chili powder
- 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 can tomato soup
- 1/2 can water
- 1 can Ro-Tel
- 1 can Mexican corn
- 1 1/2 lb. American cheese
- 1 pkg. shoestring noodles
- Brown hamburger meat with garlic, onion and bell pepper, chopped.
- Drain and rinse with hot water.
- Add chili powder, Worcestershire sauce, tomato soup, water, Ro-Tel and drained corn. Cook noodles; drain.
- Layer in casserole dish the noodles, meat mixture, most of cheese and noodles.
- Save rest of cheese.
- Bake at 325u0b0 for 1 hour; right before casserole is done, add rest of cheese to top and melt.
