Pina Colada Fruit Dip
- 1/2 cups Plain Yogurt
- 4 ounces, weight Cream Cheese, Softened
- 1 package Instant Pudding Mix (4-serving Size, Vanilla Or Coconut Flavored)
- 1/4 cups Crushed Pineapple, Drained (I Use One Of The Smaller Cans And Use The Whole Thing)
- 1/2 teaspoons Coconut Extract
- 1/2 teaspoons Imitation Rum Flavoring/extract
- 1/2 cups Frozen Non-dairy Whipped Topping, Thawed
- Blend together yogurt, cream cheese and pudding mix until smooth.
- Blend in pineapple and extracts.
- Fold in whipped topping.
- Refrigerate for at least one hour to let flavors blend.
- Serve with sliced fruit for dipping, or even as a dressing for fruit salad.
