Shrimp and Vegetable Kabobs

  1. Preheat grill to medium heat.
  2. Thread shrimp, vegetables and fruit alternately on skewers; place in shallow dish.
  3. Pour dressing over kabobs; marinate 10 min.
  4. Drain kabobs; discard marinade.
  5. Grill kabobs 10 min.
  6. or until shrimp turn pink, turning occasionally.
  7. Serve over the salad greens.
