Classic Spaghetti Carbonara

  1. Cook pasta according to package directions, omitting salt.
  2. Whisk egg and Parmesan in a small bowl; set aside.
  3. Meanwhile, in large skillet, heat oil over medium heat.
  4. Add garlic and cook 3 min.
  5. Add broth and cream cheese to pan; cook 3 min.
  6. or until cream cheese has melted.
  7. Add drained pasta and toss to combine.
  8. Add egg mixture and bacon; cook for 2 min.
  9. Sprinkle with parsley; serve.
