Classic Spaghetti Carbonara
- 220 g spaghetti, uncooked
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup Kraft 100% Parmesan Aged Grated Cheese
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup 25%-less-sodium chicken broth
- 1/4 cup Philadelphia Cream Cheese Product
- 4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
- Cook pasta according to package directions, omitting salt.
- Whisk egg and Parmesan in a small bowl; set aside.
- Meanwhile, in large skillet, heat oil over medium heat.
- Add garlic and cook 3 min.
- Add broth and cream cheese to pan; cook 3 min.
- or until cream cheese has melted.
- Add drained pasta and toss to combine.
- Add egg mixture and bacon; cook for 2 min.
- Sprinkle with parsley; serve.
