Bistro Chicken Fettuccine Alfredo
- - fettuccine, uncooked
- 1/2 cup oil
- 1 qt. asparagus spears, cut into 1-1/2-inch lengths
- 2 cups onions, finely chopped
- 2 cups green peppers, cut into 1-1/2-inch-wide strips
- 2 cups red peppers, cut into 1-1/2-inch-wide strips
- 2 cups tomatoes, chopped
- - boneless skinless chicken breasts, grilled, cut into strips
- 2 cups OSCAR MAYER Bacon Pieces
- Cook pasta as directed on package.
- Meanwhile, heat oil in large skillet on medium-high heat.
- Add asparagus, onions and peppers; mix well.
- Cook 2 to 3 min.
- or until crisp-tender, stirring constantly.
- Stir in tomatoes.
- Drain pasta.
- Add to asparagus mixture along with the chicken, bacon and Bistro Alfredo Sauce.
- Reduce heat to medium-low; cook 5 to 6 min.
- or until heated through, stirring frequently.
