Healthy shake

  1. Add all the ingredients in a blender, I prefer the Ninja!
  2. You can honestly use any fruit and vegetable, but I have learned pineapple, my favorite fruit, doesn't go very well in these types of drinks.
  3. Everything else is to your liking.

tomato, broccli, carrots, greek yogurt, cottage cheese, orange juice, apple, spinach, banana, water, cinnamon, honey, fresh ginger, oranges
