Healthy shake
- 1 tomato
- 1 bunch broccli
- 1 carrots
- 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup cottage cheese
- 1 cup favorite orange juice (I like orange pineapple)
- 1 apple
- bunch spinach
- 1 banana
- 1 water as needed
- 2 tbsp cinnamon
- 2 tbsp honey
- dash fresh ginger
- 2 oranges
- Add all the ingredients in a blender, I prefer the Ninja!
- You can honestly use any fruit and vegetable, but I have learned pineapple, my favorite fruit, doesn't go very well in these types of drinks.
- Everything else is to your liking.
