Sesame Bread For Bread Machines

  1. Measure flour in large mixing bowl.
  2. Add baking powder and salt and mix well.
  3. Work in shortening until distributed evenly. Add lukewarm water.
  4. Mix well, working dough until smooth.
  5. Cover. Let stand for 20 minutes.
  6. Roll out on floured board to 1/8-inch thickness.
  7. Cut in 3 to 4-inch squares.
  8. Fry in deep hot oil until golden brown on both sides, turning once.
  9. This recipe can be halved for a family of four.
