Vegetable Ranch Pinwheels
- 1/4 cup Chopped Green Onions
- 1/4 cup Chopped Olives, green and black
- 1/4 cup Chopped Carrots
- 1/4 cup Chopped Broccoli
- 1/4 cup Chopped Peppers
- 16 oz Cream Cheese
- 1 packages Ranch Dressing Mix
- 8 large Flour Tortillas
- The easiest way to prep the veggies is to throw them all in the food processor until finely chopped.
- You can feel free to add or omit any vegetable that you like.
- Combine cream cheese with ranch mix.
- Smear ranch cream cheese on flour tortilla, then sprinkle with veggie mixture.
- Roll tortilla, the place seam side down on plastic wrap and wrap tightly.
- Refrigerate 1-2 hours.
- When ready to serve, unwrap from plastic wrap and slice into 1" slices.
