Weight Watchers Baked Chicken

  1. Preheat oven to 400F Coat a shallow roasting pan with cooking spray.
  2. Season both sides of chicken with salt and pepper.
  3. Transfer chicken to prepared pan; sprinkle with thyme and lemon herb seasoning.
  4. Bake until chicken is cooked through, about 30 minutes.
