Warm Chik'n & Fig Salad

  1. In a skillet, heat 1 tbsp of olive oil, then add garlic clove.
  2. Saute until browned.
  3. Add chik'n strips and spices, and cook for about 5-7 minutes, then toss in figs.
  4. Cook for another 2-3 minutes.
  5. When done, remove from pan and place in a medium bowl.
  6. Set aside.
  7. Wipe skillet clean and add chopped walnuts.
  8. Toast them on a medium-low heat for approximately 5 minutes, stirring occassionally.
  9. In a large bowl, add Romaine lettuce and tomatoes.
  10. Add chik'n strips and figs mixture.
  11. Toss salad and add walnuts.
  12. Serve on individual plates and top with your favorite dressing.
