Flourless Fabulous Chocolate Cake

  1. Preheat oven 350F.
  2. In a double boiler melt butter and chocolate, and let cool.
  3. Whip eggs and sugar with and electric mixer / beater till soft peaks (this works best if the bowl is cold also).
  4. Slowly fold chocolate mix into egg mix with extract if desired.
  5. When well blended.
  6. Delicately fill a buttered 9"*13" cake pan or 2 9" rounds with batter.
  7. Bake 350 F, 30 to 45 minutes until browned and solid to the touch.
  8. Serve alone or with fresh whipped cream.
