Pasta Salad(For A Crowd)

  1. Cook pasta according to package directions.
  2. Cut up veggies as indicated; mix together in a bowl.
  3. Save some of the marinade from the artichoke hearts and the mushrooms.
  4. After rinsing and draining pasta, add veggies and cheese.
  5. Mix well, then add the dressing and a couple of ounces of the marinade.
  6. Mix well, then cover and chill.
  7. Makes a very large salad; serves up to 20 as a side dish.
