Marinade For Cooked Artichoke Hearts Recipe

• 4 tbsp. wine vinegar
• 3 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1/2 teaspoon oregano
• Dash of freshly grnd black pepper
• 1 tbsp. minced fresh parsley
• 1 clove garlic, gently crushed

1. Blend ingredients thoroughly and pour over the artichoke hearts.
2. Marinate in refrigerator several hrs before serving.
