Spicy Sauteed Broccoli

  1. Cut tops off broccoli; break into 1 1/2-inch florets.
  2. Peel and discard fibrous skin from stalk; slice into 1/4-inch-thick coins.
  3. In 12-inch skillet, heat oil on medium-high.
  4. Add garlic and red pepper; cook 15 to 30 seconds, stirring, until fragrant.
  5. Add broccoli; cook 1 minute, stirring.
  6. Stir in water.
  7. Cover; cook 3 to 5 minutes or until broccoli is tender and water has evaporated.
  8. Season with 1/4 teaspoon salt.
