Sauerkraut And Sausage Balls Recipe

  1. Combine first 5 ingredients in bowl; mix well.
  2. Shape into 1 inch balls.
  3. Place on ungreased baking sheet.
  4. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 to 25 min.
  5. Combine lowfat sour cream, horseradish sauce, and mustard in bowl; mix well.
  6. Serve with sausage balls.
  7. Yield: 36 sausage balls.
