Sauerkraut And Sausage Balls Recipe
- 1 1/2 lbs. grnd sausage
- 1 (16 ounce.) can sauerkraut, liquid removed
- 3/4 c. instant oats
- 1 egg, beaten
- 2 tbsp. brown sugar
- 1 c. lowfat sour cream
- 1 (4 ounce.) jar horseradish sauce
- Mustard to taste
- Combine first 5 ingredients in bowl; mix well.
- Shape into 1 inch balls.
- Place on ungreased baking sheet.
- Bake at 375 degrees for 20 to 25 min.
- Combine lowfat sour cream, horseradish sauce, and mustard in bowl; mix well.
- Serve with sausage balls.
- Yield: 36 sausage balls.
