Bierocks

  1. Brown ground beef in skillet.
  2. Add cabbage, onion and seasonings.
  3. Cover and cook until cabbage is tender.
  4. Drain grease.
  5. Prepare dough and let rise.
  6. Roll out to 1/4 inch thick, cut into squares.
  7. Place filling in each square.
  8. Pinch corners together.
  9. Place seam-side down on greased baking sheet.
  10. Let rest 20 minutes.
  11. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
