Captain's Coleslaw Recipe
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 1/3 c. lowfat milk
- 1 tsp white vinegar
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 pkt cabbage coleslaw mix - (16 ounce)
- In a large bowl, whisk together all the ingredients except the coleslaw mix, mix till smooth and creamy.
- Add in the coleslaw mix and toss till well coated.
- Cover and refrigeratefor at least 1 hour before serving.
- This recipe yields 6 servings.
- Comments: Wanna shred the cabbage yourself Go ahead!
- Use about 10 c. shredded cabbage (and add in a few shredded carrots if you want).
- Remember, you're the captain!
