No Bake lazy Cheesecake

  1. Have ingredients at room temperature.
  2. Using an electric mixer, beat cream cheese in a large bowl until smooth.
  3. Beat in condensed milk a little at a time, scraping sides of bowl as necessary.
  4. Finally, beat in lemon juice and vanilla.
  5. Pour the filling into crust; smooth with rubber spatula.
  6. Cover and refrigerate for 5-6 hours until firm but I find it better to refrigerate overnight.
