Onion Barley Casserole

  1. In an ovenproof skillet, saute barley in oil until golden brown.
  2. Stir in water, boullion and salt.
  3. Bring to a boil.
  4. Remove from the heat, add onions and mushrooms.
  5. Cover and bake at 350 F for 40 to 50 minutes or until barley is tender.
