South Carolina seafood chowder
- 2 can minced clams
- 2 can crabmeat
- 1 can oysters
- 1 stick butter
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 lb shrimp (16-20)
- 1 lb scallops
- 1 S&P to taste
- 2 cup heavy cream
- 2 cup half and half
- 1 your favorite fish, cut up. (optional) I add tilapia
- Melt butter in a 6 qt pan.
- Saute onions.
- Then saute the shrimp on medium heat.
- Add the heavy cream and half and half.
- Now add the clams, crabmeat, scallops, oysters and S&P.
- Add any other fish you want in at this time.
- Cook this on low for 1-2 hours.
- Enjoy.
