Avocado-Chocolate Mousse & Peanut Butter Shooters

  1. Reserve 1/2 cup COOL WHIP.
  2. Whisk remaining COOL WHIP with peanut butter in large bowl until blended.
  3. Refrigerate until ready to use.
  4. Microwave chocolate in microwaveable bowl on HIGH 30 sec.
  5. to 1 min.
  6. or until melted, stirring after 30 sec.
  7. Process avocados with milk in food processor until smooth.
  8. Add chocolate, agave syrup and vanilla; process 1 min.
  9. or until blended.
  10. Spoon 1 Tbsp.
  11. chocolate mixture into each of 10 (2-oz.)
  12. shot glasses; cover with layers of peanut butter mixture and remaining chocolate mixture.
  13. Top with remaining COOL WHIP and sprinkles.
