Easy Vegetable Bake Recipe

  1. Arrange California blend vegetables in casserole dish.
  2. Sprinkle rice over top.
  3. Combine soup, lowfat milk and onion.
  4. Pour over vegetables.
  5. Top with Cheddar cheese.
  6. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 min.
