Fudge Balls
- 8 oz. BAKER'S Semi-Sweet Chocolate
- 1/3 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 1/4 cup freshly brewed MAXWELL HOUSE Coffee or YUBAN Coffee Rite Aid $5.99 thru 02/06
- 1/2 cup chopped PLANTERS Pecans
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- suggested coatings: unsweetened cocoa powder, ground PLANTERS Pecans or Walnuts, graham cracker crumbs, finely crushed cookies, toasted BAKER'S ANGEL FLAKE Coconut
- Microwave chocolate, milk and coffee in large microwaveable bowl on HIGH 2 min.
- or until chocolate is almost melted, stirring after 1 min.
- Stir until chocolate is completely melted.
- Stir in nuts and vanilla.
- Spread into 8-inch square pan.
- Refrigerate 2 hours or until firm enough to handle.
- Shape into 1-inch balls.
- Roll in desired coatings.
