Raspberry White Chocolate Blondies

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Line an 8x8 inch baking dish and spray with cooking spray.
  2. Melt butter in microwave safe bowl.
  3. Stir in 3/4 Cup white chips until melted and smooth.
  4. In a large bowl combine the sugar, brown sugar, flour, baking powder, salt and 1/2 Cup white chips.
  5. In a small bowl whisk the eggs and sour cream.
  6. Pour into the dry ingredient bowl along with the melted white chip mixture.
  7. Mix until just combined.
  8. Spread evenly in the baking dish and top evenly with 1 Cup raspberries.
  9. Sprinkle sanding sugar over blondies.
  10. Bake for 30-45 minutes, or until toothpick comes clean from center.
