easy salisbury steaks

• 1 packages angus hamburger patties
• 1 salt and pepper to taste
• 1 packages brown gravy mix

1. cook patties in a pan on med/low heat
2. drain all excess fat off
3. mix gravy mix in a bowl with hot water..whisk all lumps out
4. add to patties and cook on low 30 mins
5. serve with mashed potatoes..easy
