Guacamole De la Mixteca
- 4 large avocados
- 1 cup white onion
- 4 each serrano chiles
- 1/2 cup cilantro chopped
- 1/2 each tomatoes diced
- 1/4 cup white onion minced
- Peel and pit avocados.
- Mash pulp in a bowl or molcajete, and salt to taste.
- Add onion, chile, and cilantro.
- Continue mashing until guacamole is thick and lumpy.
- Garnish with tomato, onion, and cilantro.
- Serve with corn tortillas or totopos.
- Serve immediately.
