Herbed Chicken And Vegetable Kabobs

  1. Combine first 4 ingredients in a large, self-closing plastic bag or glass dish.
  2. Cut chicken into 1 1/2-inch cubes.
  3. Add to marinade; toss to coat.
  4. Refrigerate 1 to 2 hours.
  5. Remove chicken from marinade; discard marinade.
  6. Spear chicken and vegetables on metal skewers.
  7. Lightly sprinkle chicken and vegetables with Grill-Mates seasonings.
  8. Preheat grill or broiler.
  9. Grill skewers 10 to 15 minutes, turning frequently.
  10. Makes 6 servings.
