Caribean Basting sauce
- 3 can dark beer
- 3 3/4 cup apple sauce
- 3 3/4 cup white vinegar
- 3 cup butter
- 1 1/2 cup worcestershire
- 3/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 9 tbsp chili powder
- 6 tbsp salt
- 3 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp dry mustard
- 2 tbsp paprika
- 1 tbsp ground cumin
- place everything in a pan
- heat on low until butter melts
- keep on low as you baste your meat
- Add to your finished meat.
