Caribean Basting sauce

  1. place everything in a pan
  2. heat on low until butter melts
  3. keep on low as you baste your meat
  4. Add to your finished meat.

dark beer, apple sauce, white vinegar, butter, worcestershire, soy sauce, lemon juice, chili powder, salt, sugar, black pepper, mustard, paprika, ground cumin
