Low-Fat Seafood With Angel Hair Pasta

  1. Heat olive oil in a large nonstick pan.
  2. Put water on to boil for pasta.
  3. Add garlic and tomatoes to olive oil and saute, stirring occasionally, for about 5 minutes.
  4. Add wine, seafood and basil or parsley and bring to a boil and then immediately turn heat to low.
  5. Add pasta to boiling water.
  6. Simmer seafood mixture for about 7 minutes, stirring frequently.
  7. Add cooked pasta to seafood mixture.
  8. Sprinkle with additional parsley or basil and Parmesan cheese.
  9. Serves 4.
  10. About 6 grams of fat per serving.
