Cherry Fizz

• 13 cup cherry preserves
• 2 teaspoons water
• 1 pint vanilla ice cream or 1 pint cherry nut ice cream
• 1 (10 ounce) bottle 7-up or 1 (10 ounce) bottle Sprite, chilled

1. Combine cherry preserves and water.
2. Chill.
3. Pour cherry mixture into 2 tall, chilled glasses.
4. Add scoops of ice cream.
5. Fill with soda, pouring slowly down the sides of glasses.
