Ginger and Garlic Pork with Broccoli
- 2 pieces Boneless Pork Chops, Sliced
- 2 cups Broccoli Florets
- 3 cloves Garlic, Crushed
- 1/4 cups Ginger, grated
- Soy Sauce, to taste
- 2 Tablespoons Canola Oil
- Heat oil in wok or large skillet.
- Add pork, saute until it just begins to lose its raw look.
- Add ginger and garlic, saute for 30 seconds.
- Add broccoli, stir to coat with ginger and garlic.
- Add soy sauce to taste and continue to stir fry until pork is cooked through and the broccoli is heated.
- Enjoy!
