Peanut Butter Cake with Cocoa Frosting

  1. Cream together peanut butter, butter and sugar in large bowl with electric mixer.
  2. Add eggs, one at a time and beat well after each addition.
  3. Add the vanilla flavoring.
  4. Mix together the flour, baking powder, salt and cinnamon, and add them to the beaten mixture, alternating with the milk, beat well.
  5. Spread batter evenly into a greased 13 X 9" cake pan.
  6. Bake 45 mins.
  7. at 350 degrees (175 C.).
  8. Cool and frost with Cocoa Frosting.
  9. Sift sugar and cocoa together in a mixing bowl.
  10. Add the peanut butter, vanilla flavoring, and milk.
  11. Blend together to desired consistency, (add more powdered sugar or milk, if needed).
  12. Spread on cake.
