Fruit / Veggie Salad

• medium handful of Spinach leaves
• 1/2 cup Pineapple Tidbits
• 1/2 cup Mandarin Oranges
• 1/4 cup raisins
• small handful Sugar Snap Peas
• 1 tsp Aniseseed
• 1 tbsp Balsamic Vinaigrette

1. Mix Spinach leaves, Pineapple Tidbits, Mandarin Oranges, Rasins, Sugar Snap Peas, and Aniseseed in bowl.
2. Top with Balsamic Vinaigrette.
3. Enjoy.
