Praline Pumpkin Mousse
- 1 cup cold milk
- 1 can (15 oz.) pumpkin
- 2 pkg. (4-serving size each) JELL-O Vanilla Flavor Instant Pudding
- 1-1/4 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
- 2 cups thawed COOL WHIP Whipped Topping
- 1 Tbsp. butter or margarine, melted
- 1/2 cup chopped PLANTERS Pecans
- 1/3 cup firmly packed brown sugar
- Pour milk into large bowl.
- Add pumpkin, dry pudding mixes and pumpkin pie spice.
- Beat with wire whisk 2 min.
- or until well blended.
- (Mixture will be thick.)
- Gently stir in whipped topping.
- Spoon evenly into 10 dessert glasses.
- Refrigerate 4 hours or until set.
- Mix butter, pecans and sugar until well blended; sprinkle evenly over desserts just before serving.
- Store leftover desserts in refrigerator.
