Blueberry Cheesecake Bars

  1. Combine 4 lb.
  2. of the OREO Pieces (or 1 lb.
  3. for the trial recipe) and butter; press evenly onto bottoms of 4 parchment-lined half-sheet pans (or 1 prepared half-sheet pan for trial recipe).
  4. Place cream cheese and sugar in large bowl of electric mixer fitted with paddle attachment.
  5. Beat on medium speed until well blended.
  6. Add eggs, 1 at a time, beating just until blended after each addition.
  7. Fold in blueberries.
  8. Pour evenly over crusts.
  9. Sprinkle batter in each pan with 1/2 cup of the remaining OREO Pieces.
  10. Bake in 350F-standard oven for 45 to 50 min.
  11. or until cheesecakes are almost set in centers.
  12. Cool completely; cover.
  13. Refrigerate 4 hours or overnight.
  14. Drizzle chocolate evenly over cheesecakes.
  15. Cut dessert in each pan into 32 bars.
  16. Store in refrigerator.
