Exquisite Dekopon Jam in the Microwave

• 2 Dekopon (Siranui citrus fruit)
• 1/2 Apple
• 2 tsp Katakuriko
• 80 grams Sugar

1. Squeeze out the juice from the dekopon and pour into a silicon steamer (or a small rice bowl).
2. Grate the apple directly into the silicon steamer from Step 1.
3. (This is to prevent discoloring.)
4. Add the ingredients and mix well.
5. Microwave for 3 minutes, take out, mix and microwave for another 1 minute.
6. Mix one last time and it's done.
