Watermelon & Kiwi With Malibu Cream

• 1 kg seedless watermelon, cut into 12 small wedges, rind removed
• 4 kiwi fruits, peeled, each cut into 4 slices
• 13 cup passion fruit pulp
• 2 tablespoons Malibu rum (coconut liqueur)
• heavy cream, to serve

1. Divide the watermelon and kiwifruit among serving bowls.
2. Combine the passionfruit pulp and Malibu.
3. Dollop the cream over the fruit and drizzle with the passionfruit.
4. Serve immediately.
