Light & Creamy Sundried Tomato Dip
- 220 g PHILADELPHIA Extra Light Spreadable Cream Cheese
- 1/2 cup semi sun-dried tomatoes
- 2 tablespoons chopped chives
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- salt and pepper, to taste
- Extra chopped chives, for garnish
- Turkish bread, to serve
- artichoke hearts, to serve
- Marinated roasted red capsicum, to serve
- Kalamata olives, to serve
- COMBINE the PHILLY with tomatoes, chives, garlic and seasonings.
- Chill.
- SPOON the dip into a serving bowl, sprinkle with extra chives.
- Serve on a platter with Turkish bread, artichokes, roasted capsicum and olives.
