Light & Creamy Sundried Tomato Dip

  1. COMBINE the PHILLY with tomatoes, chives, garlic and seasonings.
  2. Chill.
  3. SPOON the dip into a serving bowl, sprinkle with extra chives.
  4. Serve on a platter with Turkish bread, artichokes, roasted capsicum and olives.
