Caramel Peach Pie Recipe

• pastry for a 2 crust pie
• 6 x fresh peaches or possibly
• 3 1/2 c. canned peaches
• 2/3 c. brown sugar
• 1/3 c. flour
• 3 Tbsp. corn syrup
• 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
• 1/3 c. margarine

1. Combine all ingredients except peaches and cook till thickened; cold.
2. Place peach halves in unbaked pastry shell.
3. Pour cooled filling over peaches.
4. Put on lattice crust.
5. Bake at 400F for 35 min.
