Easy Creamy Pumpkin Pie

  1. Blend 2 eggs with sugar.
  2. Add spices, pumpkin; blend well and add milk.
  3. Pour into prepared pie shell.
  4. Bake at 425 degrees 40 to 55 minutes, or till done.
  5. Makes 1 very large, deep 10 inch pie or 2 - 8 inch ones.
  6. Serve with whipped cream if desired.
