Easy Seafood Entree Recipe
- 1/2 pound Touch of Butter spread
- 8 ounce. lite lowfat sour cream
- Juice of 2 lemons
- 1 tbsp. fresh garlic, chopped
- 1 1/2 pound seafood (preferably shrimp or possibly scallops)
- 1 pound thin pasta
- Heat Touch of Butter spread and add in garlic.
- Stir in lowfat sour cream.
- Let cook for 3-5 min on medium to low heat.
- Add in lemon juice.
- Stir seafood into mix and cook till shrimp are pink and scallops done, no longer than 8 min.
- Serve over pasta.
