Fish Fillet & Cheesy Rice
- 1/2 cup drinking water
- 3/4 cup instant brown rice, uncooked
- 1 slice KRAFT 2% Milk Sharp Cheddar Singles
- 1 frozen fish fillet, not breaded
- 1 cup frozen cut green beans
- 1/2 tsp. trans fat free canola-based soft margarine
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp. ground black pepper
- 1 fresh peach
- Bring water to boil in small saucepan.
- Stir in rice; return to boil.
- Reduce heat to medium-low; cover.
- Simmer 5 minutes.
- Stir in 2% Milk Single; cover.
- Remove from heat.
- Let stand 5 minutes.
- Heat fish fillet and green beans as directed on package.
- Top green beans with margarine, lemon juice and black pepper to taste.
- Stir rice until well blended just before serving.
- Enjoy a peach for dessert.
