Southwest Salad
- 1 (15 ounce) can black beans, rinsed & drained
- 1 14 cups sweet corn
- 2 tablespoons green onions, chopped
- 2 tablespoons cilantro leaves, chopped
- 12 teaspoon chili powder
- 14 teaspoon ground cumin
- 14 cup vinaigrette dressing
- In large bowl stir togehter all ingredients except salad dressing until well combined.
- Divide mixture into 4 salad bowls or plates.
- Drizzle 1 tablespoons of dressing over each salad, serve immediately.
