Rice with Broccoli and Parmesan Cheese

  1. Place rice and chicken stock in microwave proof dish or 4 cup glass measuring cup.
  2. Microwave on high, uncovered for 15 minutes.
  3. Add broccoli, toss to combine.
  4. Loosely cover with plastic wrap.
  5. Cook on high for 3 minutes more.
  6. Stir in cheese.
  7. Place in serving dish.
  8. Season with soy sauce to taste.
