Wally'S Chili

  1. Brown meat in bacon drippings.
  2. Add tomato sauce and seasonings.
  3. Add enough water to make correct consistency.
  4. Simmer for 45 minutes.
  5. Never use a lid when making chili.
  6. Simmer longer for a more spicy chili.
  7. Do not put beans or anything else in this chili.
  8. It will only take away from the flavor.
