Cabbage Rice

  1. Fry channa dhal, urad dhal, coriander seeds in a pan without oil.
  2. Add red chillies and turn off heat.
  3. Keep on stove top.
  4. Once cooled, add the cinnamon stick and transfer to a blender.
  5. Blend to a fine powder.
  6. Heat oil in a heavy pan.
  7. When the oil is hot, add the shredded cabbage; fry until completely done.
  8. Add salt and the powder.
  9. Add lemon juice and set it aside.
  10. Cook rice.
  11. Mix rice and cabbage.
  12. Serve Hot.
