Reuben Dip
- 1/2 cup Saurkraut, drained and chopped
- 8 oz Sour Cream
- 1/2 cup Swiss Cheese, grated
- 4 oz Corned Beef, sliced and finely diced
- 3 oz Cream Cheese, softened
- Combine and heat all ingredients in small saucepan over low heat until hot.
- If dip is too thick, add 2 or 3 Tbsps of milk to thin a bit.
- Serve with warmed Rye or Pumpernickel bread or bread sticks.
